About

The National Lighthouse Museum is located on the grounds of the former U.S. Lighthouse Service “Super” Depot on the North Shore of Staten Island. The interior of our Educational Resource Center in Building 11 and many of our initial exhibits were designed by the award-winning integrated design firm, Lee H. Skolnick Architecture + Design (LHSA+DP).

The museum and gift shop is open to visitors Wednesday – Sunday, 11am-4pm. Closed Mondays and all legal holidays.

Visitors will see:

• Gifts and souvenirs for purchase in our gift shop

• A scenic views of New York Harbor from Pier 1
