Rules, Terms, and Conditions
Set-up: 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.,
vehicles can be driven down The Promenade to unload at 3:00 p.m. and must be off the promenade (with the exemption for food trucks) by 5:00 p.m.
Take-Down: 10:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
vehicles can be driven down to The Promenade to load at 10:00 p.m. and must be off The Promenade by 11:00 p.m.
All Artists/Crafters and Food Vendors will need to supply their own
tables, chairs, displays, and/or pop-up tents. Be advised The Promenade is on the water and can be extremely windy with high wind gusts. Weights are required to hold down pop-up tents and other equipment and supplies. No electricity will be available.
All Artist/Crafters and Food Vendors understand
refunds will not be issued for inclement weather. Only two rain dates will be scheduled if needed: on Friday, September 9th and Friday, September 16th, 2022.
Booth/ space assignments
are determined by the On The Waterfront Planning Committee. Booths/assigned spaces must be left in the condition the vendor found it. All garbage must be disposed of by all Artist/Crafters/Food Vendors in a designated garbage location at end of Film Night.
All Artist/Crafters and Food Vendors are responsible for
sales tax collection, as well as all required insurance and licenses. The National Lighthouse Museum is not liable for any fines issued to Vendors for missing or outdated insurance and licenses.
Artist/Crafters and Food Vendors hereby agree to indemnify
and hold harmless the National Lighthouse Museum and all their managers, officers, sponsors, employees, agents, and guests from any injury that may arise to Artist/Crafters and Food Vendors, their guests, or customers; or for the loss, theft, or damage to any displayed merchandise, samples or vehicle from any cause whatsoever while in transit to or from, or while participating in the Film Night.
When Acts of God
or any other causes not within the control of the National Lighthouse Museum make it impossible for the Artist/Crafters and Food Vendors to occupy the Film Night premises, then in such case, the National Lighthouse Museum, their officers, sponsors, employees, agents, and guests are jointly released from any and all claims which may arise as consequence thereof.
COVID-19 Protocols.
All Artists/Crafters/Food Vendors are required to comply with NYC Cultural Affairs Covid-19 guidelines. That includes wearing face masks, hand sanitizing, contact tracking, and maintaining social distancing requirements.
These Rules, Terms, and Conditions will also be emailed to you upon completion.
