Get ready to move, rock, and have some unapologetic fun with Community Activate and the one-and-only Anna Copa Cabanna at ROCK ROCK ROCK AEROBICS!

For three Sundays this September, join us for an hour of high-energy movement and music designed to get everyone moving. No experience necessary and no pressure to keep up. All bodies, all abilities, and all fitness levels are welcome.

ROCK ROCK ROCK AEROBICS will take place on Sundays, September 13, 20, and 27, from 12:00 to 1:00 PM at the museum. Participation is completely free, and everyone who attends will also receive free admission to the National Lighthouse Museum for the day.

ROCK ROCK ROCK AEROBICS is presented by Community Activate in partnership with the National Lighthouse Museum and is made possible through a grant from Citizens Committee for New York City. Goodies will be provided by Richmond Hood Company.
